We get questions all the time. Below we have listed the main things people need and want to know. Give us a call if you still have any questions.

How long can I have the bin for?
Bin hire is usually 5-7 days, but longer or shorter hire periods can be arranged.
What waste can go in the bins?
This will be discussed at time of booking. In general most things can be arranged to be placed in the bins, except for a few items. We DO NOT accept Asbestos, Food Scraps, Liquid Waste or Paint.
What size bin do I need?
Use the guide seen on our bin sizes page, and if you need more guidance on bin size please call us on 1300 57 19 12.
What's included in the price?
Included in the price is the skip bin hire, delivery, pick up and disposal of waste.
Do I need Council Permission or a permit?
Council permits are not required if the bin is delivered onto private property. Council permits will only be needed if the bin is to be delivered onto a nature strip, foot path, road etc.
Where can you place the bin and can I move it?
Skip bins will be placed as close as possible to where you require it. Once bin is delivered the bin CANNOT be moved until it is picked up.
How high can I fill up the skip bin?
Skip bins can only be filled up to the rim, this is inline with health and safety laws and regulations. Public safety is our main priority.
How much notice do I need for pickup or delivery?
Where possible 2 days notice is always best. A phone call to book in a pick up is best at a minimum of 2 days notice.
Can I book a bin for a specific time?
All effort will be made to deliver your skip bin for an exact delivery time. Although some days this is not always possible.
